Anju Life Science

Setting up at Plot No. 6007-1 was a big step for us. It’s an industrial area, so it’s mostly just grey buildings and trucks moving around all day. Anju Life Science isn’t a place with a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a working site. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure the equipment is running right. The sun gets pretty hot on the roof in the summer, but we’ve got some fans going to keep it manageable. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re a local bunch. We eat lunch together when there's a break in the schedule. There is always some maintenance work to do or boxes that need moving from one corner to another. It’s a bit noisy because of the nearby units, but you stop noticing it after the first week. We don't spend much on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the batches we have to finish. Sometimes things get delayed because a part breaks or a delivery is late, but that’s just life in an industrial plot. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s a straightforward life here. We come in, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. Nothing more, nothing less. I think we are doing okay for ourselves in this space without needing any extra fuss.
