B M Pharmachem (India) Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Plot No. 4507. It's a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where we do all our work. We deal with a lot of chemical powders and liquids. There's usually a faint smell of something sharp in the air when you walk through the doors. We spend a lot of time checking containers and making sure labels are straight. It isn’t glamorous work. It’s mostly about following the steps and not rushing things. Some days are slow, just waiting for tests to finish, and other days it feels like everyone needs something at once. We have a small crew here. We mostly look out for each other. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside until it comes back. Plot No. 4507 isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. We keep the equipment clean as much as we can. My boots are usually stained from the floor. We handle a lot of logistics too, talking to drivers and checking manifests. It’s a lot of paperwork actually. We don't really have a big sign or anything flashy. People who need to find us usually know the way. We’ve been at B M Pharmachem (India) Pvt. Ltd. for quite a while now, just doing our bit in the industry. It's a steady life, really. We just keep at it and get things done.
