Being located at Plot No. 3704-B, right near the ETL building, makes it easy for people to find us. This area of the industrial estate is always crowded with vehicles. Inside our gate, it’s a different world of chemicals and pharma products. We have glass flasks, pipes, and drums sitting around. Sometimes the smell of the production is quite strong, but you get used to it after a few days. The floor is usually wet from cleaning because we have to keep things tidy in this line of work. We aren't a giant corporation with glass walls. Our walls are painted a simple off-white and show some wear from the years. We spend hours checking temperatures and looking at scales. It can be tedious. If the power goes out, we all just wait by the door for the generator to kick in. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long shifts. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know each other's families. We don’t talk much about visions or goals; we just focus on getting the batch right so it can be shipped out. It's a lot of manual labor and careful watching. The logbooks are filled by hand every hour. It’s just how we do things at Chemox Chemo Pharma Industries. We just keep our heads down and work.
