If you come down to Plot No. 1408-09, you will find us there. Abhilasha Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is basically run out of these two combined plots. Having the extra space at 1409 helps quite a bit with storing things. It is a busy part of the industrial layout, and there is always a truck or a van blocking the narrow road outside. We have gotten used to the noise and the constant movement of the neighbors. The office part is just a small section in the front, and the rest of the space is dedicated to the actual day-to-day operations. We aren't really the type to have a fancy reception or a polished lobby. It is more about getting the work done and making sure everything is organized. The staff here at Abhilasha Pharma Pvt. Ltd. mostly keeps to themselves, but we catch up during the lunch break outside. Sometimes we talk about the weather or how the road outside needs fixing again. Being at Plot No. 1408-09 feels like home for most of us because we spend more time here than anywhere else. We don’t have any big speeches or slogans. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things running smoothly without too much fuss. It is a practical way to work, and it has worked for us so far in this location. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks one by one.
