Our workplace is at Plot No. 2302. We are in the pharma sector, so things are usually quite busy and a bit repetitive. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby and have been working in this industrial area for years. We handle the production and the packaging of various products. It’s not a very large plot, but we have managed to fit everything we need inside. We spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment. That is a big part of the day that people don’t often think about. It’s not very exciting work, but it’s important. We have some desks near the entrance where we handle the paperwork. There’s always a lot of it because of the nature of what we make. Sometimes the supplies don't arrive on time and that throws our whole schedule off for the week. We just have to adjust and keep going. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a website with pretty pictures. People find us because they need what we make. The weather gets really hot inside the building during the summer, but we have some big fans that help a bit. It’s a decent place to work and we all get along well enough. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down. That is how things go at Abhayraj Pharma.
