You can find Vijayabhaskar Tiles over at Survey No-220/3. We are right off the Bangalore Highway, not too far from the Rdt Stadium. Being near the highway means there’s always a lot of traffic and noise, but it makes it easy for people to stop by. We have a lot of tiles sitting out in the yard and in the sheds. It’s a lot of sorting and moving heavy boxes around. We spend most of our time checking the stock and making sure things aren't broken. It’s a simple operation we’ve got going here. We don't have a big showroom with lights and stuff, just the stacks of tiles where you can see what they actually look like. The sun can be pretty brutal out here on the highway, but we just get on with it. Sometimes we have a lot of visitors because of the stadium nearby, especially when there's an event. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a local spot where people can get what they need. The work is steady and mostly involves a lot of manual labor. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get to. We’ve been at this location for a while now and the routine stays pretty much the same every day. We just keep our heads down and handle the tiles. It’s dusty and the highway is loud, but it’s where we do our business every day without any complaints.
