K C Patel High School is located at 621, Surpan Wadi in the village of Thamna. We are in the Anand district of Gujarat, 388215. It’s a very rural setting compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. The school is surrounded by a bit of open space and trees, which makes for a peaceful environment for the kids. We have been operating here for quite some time, and the building is a simple, functional structure. It’s not anything fancy, just brick and mortar that serves its purpose. The students come from the surrounding areas of Thamna, often walking quite a distance to get here every morning. Our daily schedule is pretty standard. We start early before the sun gets too high and the heat becomes difficult. Inside, you’ll find rows of benches and blackboards that have seen thousands of lessons. We don't have a lot of modern technology, but we have teachers who care about what they do and students who are eager to learn. Sometimes the goats or cows from nearby wander close to the fence, which is just part of life here in Anand. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy brochures. People know us because we’ve been part of the landscape for years. It’s just a honest, local high school where we do our best with what we’ve got available to us.
