Taste-Up

Number 100 East Mohan Nagar is where we set up. It's a pretty quiet street compared to the main roads. We have been here for a while now, just doing our thing. It's not a large building, just a standard place that we've turned into our workspace. Most of the time, the air is filled with whatever we are preparing that day. You can smell it from the gate. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address and the name. It’s mostly a few of us working together in the back. We use simple tools and follow the same routine every morning. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost and we have to go out to the street to wave them down. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down in the evenings. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. It’s mostly just tables and some stools for when we take a break. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit, but it keeps us cool during the summer months. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the phone calls. It's a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like the independence of it. We just focus on making things people want to eat and keeping the place running smooth. It is just a local business trying to do things the right way without any fuss. We don't need much else.
