Reflexology Beauty Academy & Ladies Gym

We are located in Preet Market, right in the Main Bazar of Partap Nagar. If you are in Amritsar, you can find us near the Bank of Baroda. We are also opposite Alpha One, so it’s a very busy area. Our place is a mix of a beauty academy and a gym for ladies. It’s not a fancy health club, just a place with some weights and machines. The academy side is where we teach people the basics. We have a few rooms and some mirrors. It gets loud when the music is playing in the gym. We like the noise though. It makes the place feel alive. Most of the women who come here live nearby in Pratapnagar. They come in to get a workout or to learn a new skill. We aren't experts at marketing. We just put a board outside. The equipment is older but it works fine. We keep everything as clean as we can. Sometimes the water cooler breaks and we have to get it fixed. It’s just a normal day-to-day business. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to provide a space for the ladies here. It’s been a good few years since we started. We hope to stay here for many more.
