Ranjit Auto Works

We are Ranjit Auto Works and you can find us over at P.O. Kot Mit Singh. Our spot is specifically at number 73 in Dashmesh Nagar, right on Gali No. 2. If you know TT Road, we aren't hard to get to, though the traffic there can be a real headache some mornings. It’s just how things are in this part of town. Most of the guys here have been working with their hands for years. We spend a lot of time in the shop surrounded by tools and spare parts. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular workshop where we get things fixed. Some days it’s quiet and other days everyone shows up at once wanting something looked at right away. We try to keep up with it all. The neighborhood around Gali No. 2 is pretty busy with people coming and going. You get used to the noise and the dust after a while. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years but we’re still here doing what we do. It’s practical work. No one here is wearing a suit or sitting in a big office. We just open the doors early and stay until the jobs for that day are mostly sorted. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is something we look forward to in the afternoon. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the front and the address in Dashmesh Nagar.
