You can find us over at No 183 in Govind Nagar. It’s a pretty quiet spot most days, which is nice for getting things sorted. We’ve been operating out of this location for some time now and most of the neighbors know who we are. Being a supplier means there is always something coming in or going out, so the space stays pretty cluttered with stuff. We don’t really worry about having a polished look because that’s not what we’re about. We just focus on making sure the orders are right and the inventory is where it should be. The building itself is old but it works for us. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break then. We’ve got a small crew here, mostly guys from the local area who know the streets well. It’s hard work, especially when we have to load up the trucks, but we’re used to it. We don’t use any fancy software or big systems, just notebooks and a basic computer for the essentials. It’s the way we’ve always done it and it seems to work fine for everyone involved. If you walk past Govind Nagar, you’ll probably see our door open and someone busy inside. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our day is spent handling the physical goods and checking lists. It is a bit dusty inside, but we don't mind it.
