Sehgal Agencies is right in the middle of the medicine market at Katra Sher Singh. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with all the wholesalers and retailers moving stock. We have got our spot here among all the other shops, and it is usually a bit of a squeeze with boxes of medicines stacked up. We spend our time taking orders over the phone and dealing with the delivery guys who are always in a hurry. It is a noisy, hectic place but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do not have a showroom or anything like that. It is strictly a place of business where we handle the distribution of different pharmaceutical products. The air always smells a bit like medicine and cardboard. We start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad and keep going until the shutters come down in the evening. There isn't much space to sit down, so we are mostly on our feet. Most of the people we deal with are regular customers who have been buying from us for a long time. We do not do much in the way of advertising because everyone in the market knows where we are. It is just about getting the right medicines to the right shops on time. It is a busy life, but it is what we do to keep things running.
