G S Polish

G S Polish is tucked away in Gali No- 8 near the Sultanganj Gate in Manawala. It’s a bit of a narrow lane, but once you find us, there’s plenty of work going on. We specialize in polishing and finishing work for different items. The smell of polish is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. It’s a hands-on job, so our clothes usually have some stains on them by the end of the shift. The workshop isn't a showroom. It’s a place where things actually get done by real people. We have various tools and buffs scattered around the benches. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out, but that’s just life here. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the locals know where to bring their things. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. Usually, one of us will just wipe our hands and come talk to you when you walk in. We aren't polished speakers, just people who know how to make surfaces look better. It’s hard work on the hands and back, but we take it one day at a time. The Gali can get crowded with carts and bikes, making it a bit of a squeeze. We just keep our heads down and focus on the finishing work. It is a simple enough life for us here in this corner of the world.
