Rama Foundry is located at Plot No. 1971 in M.I.E. If you’ve ever been to the industrial estate, you’ve probably walked past us. Foundries are messy places by nature. There’s heat, sand, and the smell of metal everywhere. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean for long. We show up early, get the furnaces going, and stay until the work is finished. Plot No. 1971 is our workspace and we’ve spent years getting it to run the way it does now. It’s not a shiny new building. It has character, which is a nice way of saying it’s seen a lot of hard use. We don’t have a sales team or a fancy website. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by just driving through the estate. The floor is always covered in something, and there’s usually a stack of molds waiting to be used. We just focus on the casting. It's physical work that leaves your back sore, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine acts up, and we just deal with it. M.I.E. is a tough area with a lot of heavy work going on, and we fit right in with the rest of the shops. We don’t make big promises, we just show up and pour the metal. That’s the whole story. We keep the fires burning and keep the scrap moving.
