We operate out of 351, Mini Tower, which is inside Aggarwal Cyber Plaza at Netaji Subhash Place in Pitampura. It is a busy commercial area, and there are always people moving about. We deal with electronic components, so our space is often filled with small boxes and tiny parts that need careful sorting. It can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big order, but there is a system to it all. Netaji Subhash Place is a great spot because it is so well-connected, which makes it easier for people to reach us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking our stock lists. We aren't the type of business to have a fancy showroom. Our office in the Mini Tower is where the real work happens. It’s a lot of double-checking part numbers and making sure we have what people are looking for. Sometimes someone comes in looking for a specific component that is hard to find, and we enjoy the challenge of tracking it down. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we have a good sense of what is needed in the market. We don’t use a lot of buzzwords or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a local business in Pitampura working hard to get the right parts to the people who need them. It is practical work and we take it one day at a time.
