Need India Career Institute is situated near GND University, so we see a lot of students walking past every single day. It’s a small place, mostly filled with rows of benches and whiteboards that always seem to have some notes left on them from the last session. We started this because there are so many people looking for a bit of extra help with their studies or finding a path forward. It’s not some grand academy with a huge gate. It’s more of a local spot where students feel okay asking questions without feeling nervous. The rooms can get a bit stuffy when there’s a full house, but we keep the fans going. We have piles of books and old exam papers stacked in the corners because you never know when someone might need to look something up. The noise from the university area is always there in the background, which keeps things feeling active. We don’t have a big marketing budget or flyers on every pole. Most people find out about us from their friends or by just walking past and seeing the sign. We try to keep things simple. There’s no complicated enrollment process, just come in and talk to us. We’re usually here until late because that’s when most students have time to stop by after their regular classes are done for the day. It is just how the routine goes.
