Hotel Astoria

We are located at number 1 Queens Road, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. Being on this road means we are quite central, so we see a lot of different people coming through our doors every day. The hotel has been around for some time, and it shows in the architecture and the way the rooms are laid out. It’s not one of those modern glass buildings; it has a more traditional feel to it. We keep things pretty straightforward here. Our goal is just to provide a clean room and a bit of quiet from the busy streets outside. The staff works hard to keep the place in order, though with an older building, there’s always something that needs a bit of extra attention. We’re close to the main transport links, which makes it easier for travelers who are carrying a lot of luggage. Most people who stay with us are here to see the local sights or are just stopping over for a night before moving on. We don’t offer anything too complicated. You get a bed, a bathroom, and a roof over your head. It’s an honest setup run by people who live right here in the community. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing. It’s a busy life, but we like being part of the daily rhythm of Queens Road.
