Hotel Ritz Plaza

Hotel Ritz Plaza is at number 45 on The Mall, right in the 143001 area. The Mall is a busy place, and we are right in the thick of it. It’s a good location if you want to be near the shops and see all the people passing by. The building itself has been here for many years. It has high ceilings and some old-fashioned windows that we’ve kept. We haven't changed much of the decor over the years because we like how it feels. It reminds us of how things used to be in this city. We have a few rooms facing the street and others that are tucked away in the back where it’s a lot quieter. The rooms are large enough to move around in without bumping into things. We don't have a big team of staff, just a few local people who have worked here for a long time. We treat each other like family. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when the monsoon is very heavy, but we fix it as soon as we can. We spend a lot of time talking to the guests in the lobby area. People come from all over, and it's interesting to hear their stories. We don't do any big advertising or marketing. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We just try to provide a decent place to stay for a fair price that people can afford.
