Radisson Hotel,New Delhi

Even though the name says New Delhi, you’ll actually find our office at 354 Akash Avenue on Fatehgarh Road in Amritsar. It’s a bit of a funny situation with the name, but we’ve been operating out of this Punjab location for quite some time. The office is right on a main road, so there’s always a lot of activity outside. We’re in a building that has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and it serves our needs. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We handle various tasks for the Radisson, making sure the coordination is right even if we’re miles away from the capital. The staff here in Amritsar is a tight-knit group. We spend our days answering emails and checking on schedules. It’s not the glamorous life of a hotel guest; it’s more about the grit and the work that goes on behind the curtain. We have tea breaks together and talk about what’s happening in the city. The weather gets really hot here, and we’re always fussing with the air conditioner to keep it running. We don’t have a polished corporate vibe. We’re just a bunch of people in a plain office trying to do our jobs well. It’s practical work, and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else. We're just here on Fatehgarh Road doing our thing.
