Ultratech Cement

Our spot is E/156, right inside the Gujarat Cement Works here in Kovaya. Being part of the Ultratech Cement Ltd. family in Rajula means we are never short on work. This part of Gujarat is known for its heavy industry, and our site is a big piece of that. The office itself is just a regular room with desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We do not spend money on fancy furniture because we are usually too busy to sit much anyway. Most of our day is spent coordinating between the production lines and the trucks waiting outside. It is a dusty environment, and the heat in the summer can be tough, but everyone just gets on with it. We have got a good group of people here in the 365541 zip code. We mostly talk about the schedule, the weather, and how many tons we need to move by the end of the shift. There isn't any of that corporate polish you might find in a big city office. We wear our work clothes and do not mind getting our hands a bit dirty. Kovaya is a place where people know the value of a long day's work. We have been at this E/156 location for a while now, and it has become a second home for most of us. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything leaves the gate on time.
