You can find us over at Tompe Nagar, specifically at Rajendra Kitukale’s place. We are Varhad Agrotech Producer Company Limited. It’s a bit of a small spot in Chandur Bazar, but it works for what we need to do. Most of the time, we are busy dealing with the local farming stuff that comes up daily. There is always something needing attention, whether it is a phone call about supplies or just organizing the paperwork for the group. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or big. It is just a few people working together to get the agricultural business handled. The weather around here dictates a lot of our schedule, so if it's raining, things slow down a bit. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks in Tompe Nagar about their harvests. Sometimes the tea breaks last longer than the meetings, but that is how it is. It's a practical way of living. We’ve got the office set up with the basics. It isn't a corporate building, just a regular space where we meet. Chandur Bazar is a good place to be located because everyone passes through here eventually. We keep track of the seeds and the machines and try to help where we can. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to the pace by now. Just regular people doing regular work without making a big fuss about things or pretending to be something we are not.
