Our company is Rukhama Agrotec Producer Company Limited and we are located in Banosa. That’s in the Daryapur Taluka of the Amravati district. The address is H No 950 12 Kholya. It’s a simple place in a part of the country where farming is everything. We are not a corporate group with a lot of money or fancy offices. We are just a bunch of local farmers who decided to work together. House Number 950 is where we keep our books and have our meetings. Banosa is a small community, and we are part of the rhythm of life here. Daryapur can get very hot, so our office is a place to get out of the sun for a bit and talk about the work. We don't have any mission statements or polished marketing language. We just speak in plain English about the things that matter to us, like the price of cotton or the cost of diesel. We spend most of our time out on the land, and the office is just for the things we can't do in the field. If you come to 12 Kholya, you’ll find us there doing our best to keep things running. It’s an honest life and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We are just proud to be from Amravati and to be working the same land our fathers did. It isn't always easy but we keep going through the seasons and the harvests.
