Hayes Agro Tech Private Limited is set up in the Amravati Complex, specifically in S-1/A on Circular Road. Being in a complex means we are surrounded by other businesses, but we stay focused on our agro-tech work. Circular Road is a well-known spot, so it is easy for people to find us. We look at the technical side of farming, trying to find better ways to do the old jobs. It isn't all just mud and dirt for us; there is a lot of data and planning involved too. We are a small team and we spend most of our time at our desks or out meeting with people who want to modernize their farms. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. We don't go for anything too flashy or corporate-looking. We just have our equipment and our files. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered when we are in the middle of a big project, but we know where everything is. People come to us when they want to try something new with their crops or their irrigation systems. We try to give them honest advice based on what we’ve seen work in the area. It is a bit of a mix between the old ways of farming and the newer tools available now. We are just trying to bridge that gap here in the local community for the benefit of everyone involved.
