Teosa Mahila Agro Producer Company Limited

Teosa Mahila Agro Producer Company Limited is run out of Shri AP Kharkar’s house, which is House Number 422 in Ward No 3. We are located in Wathoda Khurd, near Kavandgawh in the Tiwasa district. Since it is a Mahila company, it is mostly us women from the area getting together to handle the business. It is a very local affair. We do not have a proper office building, so we use the space at the Kharkar residence to meet and keep our things. It can get pretty loud when all of us are there at once, talking about the crops and the plans for the next few months. Wathoda Khurd is a small village, so we are all neighbors and know each other well. We do not bother with corporate talk or anything like that. We just speak plainly about what needs to be done. The work involves a lot of coordination with the other women and making sure we are all on the same page regarding the agro production. Sometimes we sit out in the yard if the weather is nice, and other times we are squeezed into the front room. It is not a perfect setup, and we often have to work around our own home schedules, but we make it work. We are just a group of local women trying to do something useful for our families and the village. Every day is a bit different but we stay focused on our tasks.
