Shendwad Devi Farmer Producer Company Limited is what we call our little group here in Mohgaon. We’re located at House Number 87 in the Vadpada area of Sakri. Dhule is a place where people know the value of a hard day's work. We started this because it was getting harder for each family to manage everything on their own. Between buying seeds and trying to find buyers, there was just too much for one person to handle. So, we got together. We named it after the local deity because that’s important to us here. We don't have a big office building or anything. It's just a room where we keep our records and meet up. Most of us are more comfortable in the fields than behind a desk. But we’ve learned how to manage things together. The weather in Sakri can be unpredictable, but having this company gives us a bit of a safety net. We try to help each other get better prices and share what we know about the soil. It’s a practical way of living. We’re just regular people from the 424306 area trying to make sure our farms stay healthy. There’s no fancy talk here, just honest work and trying to do right by our neighbors. We’ve been here a long time and plan to stay, working the land just like our fathers did before us. It is not always easy, but we make it work because we have each other now.
