Sambhaji Agro Industries Private Limited operates out of Flat 508 in the A Wing of Chirag City, right here in Amravati. It might seem a bit strange to have an agro-industrial company running out of a residential flat, but that is just how we started. We do most of our actual work out in the fields and with the processing units, but the paperwork and the planning happen here. Amravati has been our home for a long time, and we know the land around here like the back of our hands. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who wanted to take the farming business a step further. We deal with everything from seeds to the final products that come out of the industry side. Some days the office is quiet, and other days it is full of people coming in to talk about the latest harvest or price changes in the market. We don't use a lot of fancy talk or have big meetings with slides. We just sit around and decide what needs to be done for the week. It can be stressful when the market prices drop or when there is a problem at the warehouse, but we just take it one day at a time. Being in Chirag City keeps us connected to the town while we stay focused on the rural work that keeps everything running.
