Rudrakant Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our setup is in Bhokangaon, at Janardhan Sheshrao Deshmukh’s place. The pin is 431001. It’s a quiet village area, and the house is where all the company business gets handled. There isn't much in the way of a formal office, just Janardhan’s living area where we keep the files and the agricultural stuff. We spend a lot of time talking to the farmers who walk over from their fields nearby. You can hear the goats and the cows sometimes while we are trying to do the books. It is a very rural way to run a producer company, but it works for us. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work is done through word of mouth and face-to-face meetings. The weather plays a big part in how our days look; if it's too hot, we stay inside, and if it's raining, we’re out checking the drainage. We deal with whatever the season throws at us. Bhokangaon is a small place, so everyone knows where Janardhan lives anyway. We just keep things moving, one day at a time, focusing on the crops and the basic needs of the local farmers. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with mud on the floor and papers everywhere, but it’s honest work and it keeps the community going. We don't have any grand plans to change the world, we just want to help the folks here get a fair deal for their hard work and keep things running.
