You can find Prahar Shakti Farmer Producer Company Limited at Sanjay N. Tatte’s home in Raipuraachalpur, which is in the Amravati district. We are mostly a group of farmers who decided to get together and see if we could do things a bit better than just working on our own. It is a pretty quiet place here but there is always something that needs doing on the land. Sanjay handles a lot of the meetings and the paperwork right there at his house. We don't have any fancy desks or big signs out front. Mostly we are just talking about how the soil is doing and if the rain is going to show up this month. Amravati can be a tough place for farming but we are used to that by now. We grow what we can and try to help each other out when someone’s tractor breaks down or if the prices at the market are looking bad. It is a lot of early mornings and late nights for everyone involved. You won’t find any big corporate talk or fancy words here. We just know our crops and our neighbors. Sometimes the work is slow and sometimes it’s too much to handle all at once. We are just local people trying to keep the farming life going for our families in Raipuraachalpur. We have been doing this for a long time now and we hope to keep going.
