Oshivaan Crop Care Private Limited is located over in Amravati, right across from the IMA Hall. If you know the Camp area, we are in Poonam Apartment, specifically in Flat 102. It's a bit of a tight space because it's an apartment setup, but it works for what we need to do. The office is handled by a small group of us, and Madhubala Agrawal is one of the main people here. We spend our days looking at different ways to help crops grow better or stay healthy. It isn't always easy because the weather in Maharashtra can be so unpredictable. One day it’s too dry and the next the rain won't stop. We mostly talk to people about fertilizers and things that protect the plants from bugs. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. Sometimes the office feels a bit crowded with all the files and samples, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't some big corporation with thousands of employees; it’s more of a local effort. People from around the district come by or call us when their fields aren't looking right. We try to give them something that actually works for their specific soil. It’s practical work, nothing too flashy. Amravati is a busy place, and being right there near the hall means we see a lot of people passing by every single day.
