Down here in Teosa, we’ve got our setup at Sau Sulochana Prabhakar Nimkar’s place. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy. A bunch of us farmers got together because it’s easier to handle things as a group than on our own. We deal with whatever is in season, mostly stuff grown right around here in the Tq. Teosa area. It’s a lot of back and forth, trying to get things organized. Sometimes the logistics are a headache, but we manage. You’ll usually find someone around the office if you drop by, probably drinking tea and talking about the rain or the market rates. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. We just focus on the work. It’s about getting the crops sorted and making sure the farmers get a fair shake. The soil here is decent, but you have to work it right. We spend a lot of time out in the fields and then come back here to sort out the business side. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't use big words or have some grand plan. We just want to keep the farm business steady so everyone can keep their heads above water. It’s just us, working hard in Teosa, trying to make things work for the families involved. No more, no less. It’s real work for real people.
