Nikhileshwaranand Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at 627, Ward No 6 in Chandur Bazar. We are a small group from the local area. Farming here is what we do, and starting this company was a way to stick together. It's tough being a farmer these days with the prices of seeds and everything else going up all the time. We meet up at the office to discuss what’s working and what isn’t. We don’t have any fancy titles or big corporate goals. We just want to make sure we can sell what we grow for a price that covers our costs. Chandur Bazar is a busy enough place, and we try to stay out of the way and just do our work. There’s always something needing repair or someone needing help with their harvest. We share what we have and try to learn new ways to manage the crops. It’s a very hands-on job. Sometimes we stay late just to get the books in order because none of us are really office people. We’d much rather be outside. We take pride in what we grow, even if it’s a struggle sometimes. It’s a basic life, but it’s ours. We aren't looking to grow into some huge empire, just to stay steady and keep things moving for the members. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the land.
