Nerpingalai Agro Producer Company Limited

Our office is over at Rajesh Rathi’s house in Nerpingalai. If you know the Morshi area in Amravati, you know how dry and hot it can get during the summer months. Nerpingalai Agro Producer Company Limited came about because we wanted to see if we could handle our own sales and supplies. It’s a small group of us from the Tq: Morshi side. We don't have a big corporate building or anything like that. We just use the space at Rajesh’s place to keep our ledgers and talk about the next season. Amravati is a big district, and it’s easy for small farmers to get lost in the shuffle. We try to keep things simple and direct. Most days, someone is stopping by to ask about seed prices or just to share some news from the fields. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Usually, we just sit around and figure things out as they come. The internet can be slow out here, so we do a lot of things the old-fashioned way with paper and pens. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, especially when the weather isn't cooperating. We are just local people trying to get by and help our neighbors do the same. It’s nothing more complicated than that. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks that need to get done to keep the business moving forward.
