Malharjay Agro Producer Company Limited

Our company is called Malharjay Agro Producer Company Limited and we are based out of Januna. You can find us at Sahebrao Sukaji Thorat’s place. Januna is a small place, and everyone pretty much knows Sahebrao. We are just a group of local farmers who decided to put our resources together. There isn't much to see if you are looking for a big factory. It is more of a community effort. We spend our days looking at the crops and talking about the weather. In this part of the country, the weather is everything. If the rain is good, we are all smiling. If it’s dry, we have a lot of long faces at the meetings. We don't have any professional writers or marketing people. This is just us, writing things down as they are. We help each other out with seeds and sometimes with selling what we grow. It is a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing because none of us are office workers by trade. We’d much rather be out in the fields than sitting behind a desk. But we know it has to be done to keep the company legal. We are just regular people from Januna trying to make the most of what the land provides. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours, but we don't know any other way.
