Chandraprabha Agro Producer Company Limited is located in Ambashi, which is a small village in the Patur taluka of Akola district. We run things from Chandrakalabai Haramkar’s residence. It’s a typical village setup where the line between home and work is a bit blurry most days. People from the village just walk in when they have something to discuss about their produce or the market. Akola is known for being quite hot, so we usually try to get the heavy work done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We started this company because we wanted to have a collective voice when it comes to selling what we grow.
