Agroleap Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at Bhaurao Navghare’s house, number 54. We are in Post Wani, which is part of the Chandur Bazaar area in Amravati district. It is a quiet area mostly, unless it is harvest time. Then everything gets very busy around here. We are a group of farmers who decided to pool everything together. Bhaurao’s house is where we keep all the records and have our weekly discussions. We are not a corporate giant. We are just neighbors who work the land. Amravati has its challenges with the weather, so being a producer company helps us manage the risks a bit better than working alone. We talk about seeds, fertilizers, and who is growing what this year. There is no fancy lobby or anything here. Just a room with some chairs and a wooden table. We spend most of our time out in the fields anyway. We do not have a mission statement written on the wall. Our goal is just to make sure we do not lose money on our crops after all the effort we put in. It is a practical way of living. We know everyone in Wani, so everyone knows where to find us if they have questions about the collective. We handle all the paperwork ourselves, even if it takes us longer than it would in a city office. We are just trying to keep the farms going.
