Lakhegaon Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located in Padli, which is part of the Paithan area in Aurangabad. It’s a small village where everyone knows everyone else’s business anyway, so starting a company together felt pretty natural. We started Lakhegaon Farmer Producer Company because we saw that working alone just wasn't really cutting it anymore. The costs for seeds and equipment just keep going up every year, so we figured we should stand together to get better deals. Most of our days are spent out in the sun, so when we finally come into the office in Padli, we’re usually pretty tired and covered in dust. It’s not a fancy place at all, just somewhere to keep the books straight and have a seat. We talk about seeds, water, and who has the best yield this year. Paithan is a good place to be, but it has its challenges like anywhere else in this region. We’re just local people who have lived here all our lives and know the land. Our families have been farming this soil for many generations, and we want to make sure the next generation actually has something worth keeping. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write shiny speeches for us to give. We just tell it like it is. If the crop is good, we’re all happy. If it’s not, we sit down and figure out what went wrong together. It’s about being honest and working hard.
