We are located at Pravin Sampatro Shirbhate's place in Hiwarkhed. It’s a small spot in Morshi where we mostly handle our farm business. A lot of us here have been working the land for a long time. It started when some of us realized we could do more if we put our names on a piece of paper. Most days, you’ll find someone around the office or out in the fields checking on the crops. It’s not a big fancy office with glass windows. It is just a regular place where we keep our records and meet up. We deal with whatever the season brings us. Sometimes the weather is good, and sometimes it isn't. That’s just how it goes in Morshi. We try to keep things moving forward for everyone involved. Usually, there is a lot of talking about seeds and what the markets are doing. It gets dusty in the summer and muddy when it rains, but we keep the doors open. If you are coming from the main road, you just look for the post office area and ask for Shri Shirbhate's place. Most people around here know where it is. We aren't trying to be some big corporate thing. We are just a group of people from the village trying to organize our work better. It is mostly about helping each other out with the day-to-day farming tasks and making sure we get a fair shake. We have been here a while and plan to stay.
