Gopalshree Farmer Producer Company Limited is based right in Paratwada. Our office is located right across from the PWD office, so it is a pretty easy place to find. Bhikulal Gyarsilal Tiwari is the one who keeps things running here. We are a small group of farmers who wanted to join up and work together. Paratwada is a busy town, and we get a lot of people stopping by to ask about what we are doing. Our office is very simple, just some desks and chairs in a plain room. We don't have any big marketing slogans or fancy decorations. We spend most of our time talking about the crops and how the market is behaving this week. It gets quite warm in this part of the country, so we keep the fans going and just focus on the paperwork. Forming this company was a big step for us, but it helps us stay organized. Bhikulal handles most of the visitors and makes sure the accounts are okay. We don't have any experts or consultants; we just use what we’ve learned from years of farming. It is honest work and sometimes it's a bit stressful when the prices drop. We are just local folks trying to make things a bit easier for the other farmers in the area. It is practical and straightforward, just like the way we live.
