Bhumiputra Shetkari Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are a group of farmers from around Katpur in Amravati district. Most of us have been working in the fields for a long time, and we decided to form Bhumiputra Shetkari Farmer Producer Company Limited to handle things as a group. Our office is at K.K. Yevale’s place. It isn't a big fancy office, just a spot where we meet to talk about the crops and how to get things done. We deal with what comes out of the soil here. The weather can be tricky some years, but we try to keep going. We mostly worry about the daily work on the land. People around here know us, and we know them. It’s a lot of work being out in the sun, but that’s how it is. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just some neighbors trying to make sure the farming side of things works out okay for everyone involved. Sometimes we meet late after the day's work is finished to figure out where to send the produce. It gets dusty and hot, but we stay busy. Amravati has its own way of doing things, and we are part of that. There are no big promises here, just people who know how to use a plow and look after the seeds. We keep our paperwork at the house in Katpur and try to stay organized between the harvest seasons.
