This company, Bhumikannya Farmer Producer Company Limited, started out pretty small and we’re still basically running things the same way today. We are based out of Yawali in Amravati, specifically at Shri Dinkar Kisanrao Keche’s place. It’s not a corporate office building or anything like that, just a local spot where we can all get together and figure things out. Being a farmer producer company means we spend a lot of time thinking about the crops and what the people in our community actually need. Amravati has its own way of doing things, and we try to stick to that. It’s mostly about working together and making sure the farming side of life keeps moving forward. We don't have any marketing teams or people in suits telling us what to do. It’s just us, dealing with the realities of the soil and the seasons here in Maharashtra-444701. Sometimes things are a bit slow, and other times we’re rushing around trying to get everything sorted before the weather changes. That’s just how farming life goes around here. We handle the paperwork and the distribution right from this location. It’s practical work for practical people. We don't use big words or make huge promises, we just do the work that needs doing every day. It feels more like a community effort than a business sometimes, and that’s probably for the best given the kind of work we handle for our members.
