Our factory, TYCOON PLASTICS INDIA, is located at 391, Sector-2, Hsiidc, in Saha. Being in an industrial sector like this means we are surrounded by other large warehouses and manufacturing units. It is a very practical area, designed for trucks and heavy loaders rather than casual shoppers. Inside our space, the air usually smells a bit like warm plastic because the machines are running most of the time. We make all sorts of plastic items here. It’s a lot of watching the molds and making sure the cooling process is going right. The floors are concrete and we have crates stacked up all the way to the ceiling in some parts. It’s not a pretty place, but it’s where the work happens. We start the shifts early and the machines don't really stop until late. Most of the staff here have been doing this for a long time, so they can tell if a machine is acting up just by the sound it makes. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or shiny advertisements. We just focus on making the parts and getting them loaded onto the trucks. The weather in Saha can get pretty extreme, so the workshop stays either very hot or quite cold, but we are used to it by now. It’s just a regular industrial life, producing the things people use every day for their own homes or businesses.
