It is a lot of assembly work involving nuts, bolts, and heavy metal frames. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and oil from the drills. We aren't a corporate office with glass walls; it is more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty. The machines take up a lot of space, so it can feel a bit cramped when we have several projects going on at once. We spend our time testing the motors and making sure the sensors are aligned properly. Sometimes a part doesn't fit right and we have to go back and grind it down. It’s a slow process sometimes. The tea stall down the road is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a good spot to get away from the noise of the grinders for a few minutes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly hear about us from other businesses in the area. We just show up every day, open the gates, and start working on the next assembly. It’s practical work for people who understand how machines are supposed to move.
