Rbc Kisan Producer Company Limited is a small group we started over in Village Kohari. You can find us at Rahul Kumar’s place in the Bansur Tehsil of Alwar. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big corporate building or anything like that. We just use what we have to help the farmers in this part of Rajasthan. Most of our meetings happen right there in the village, sitting around and talking about the harvest or what kind of supplies we need to buy together. Alwar is a good place for farming, but it takes a lot of effort to keep things moving. We help with the selling and the buying so that the individual farmers don't get stuck doing it all on their own. Rahul and the rest of the team are usually out in the fields or helping someone with paperwork. It’s not a fancy job, and we get our hands dirty every day. We don’t have a marketing department; we just have our reputation in Kohari. People know they can come to us if they need something sorted out with their produce. We try to keep things straightforward and fair. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when the season is at its peak, but we always find a way to get through it. It’s just about neighbors helping neighbors and making sure the farming community in Bansur stays strong.
