Pragatisheel Mustard Producer Company Limited is located at the Gurudev Skills Academy on Narayanpur Road in Bansur. We are specifically in the Badh Theguwas area, working with Madan Lal. Since mustard is such a big crop around here, we decided to focus on that. The academy is a good spot because people are already coming there to learn things. Our space is simple. We have a few desks and some storage for samples. We spend our days talking to the mustard growers about their yields and the quality of the seeds. Bansur is a place where people work hard, and we try to match that energy. It isn't always easy, especially when the prices fluctuate, but we stay at it. We aren't a big corporation with lots of bosses. It’s just a few of us trying to get the best results for the local farmers. The road outside can get quite dusty with all the tractors passing by, but it’s a good sign that the work is happening. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. We rely on what we know and the relationships we've built with the people in Badh Theguwas. If you come down Narayanpur Road, you'll see the academy building. That's where we spend most of our time, checking the books and meeting with the mustard farmers. It's practical work for practical people, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is.
