Gyan Sagar Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Hazari Ka Mohalladavi Ji. We are right by Alwar Ki Gali, at Anil Jain’s place. If you wander through the lanes there, you will eventually find us. The mohalla is always full of life, with kids playing and people going about their business. Our setup is pretty basic because we would rather spend our energy on the actual work than on making an office look pretty. We spend a lot of our time talking to the farmers who live around here. Since we are near Alwar Ki Gali, it is easy for people to drop in and tell us what they need. We don't use any big words or complicated plans. It is mostly just figuring out seeds and how to get them to the right people at the right time. Anil stays on top of things, though it can get a bit cluttered with all the ledgers and notes we keep. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside, but we make it work. Sometimes we just stand out in the lane to talk. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big corporate ladder. It's just us, some tea, and a lot of talk about farming. It’s honest work and we are glad to be doing it here in the middle of everything. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
