Our college is located on Link Road in Aligarh, a spot that most locals know quite well. The building itself has been around for a long time and has that solid, old-fashioned look that you see in many parts of 202001. Being on Link Road means there is a constant stream of cycles and rickshaws passing by the front gate, especially during the morning rush. The classrooms are large with high windows, and the wooden benches have been used by generations of students. We don't have fancy decorations or modern art on the walls; it is mostly just the standard blackboards and some old charts that have yellowed over the years. The playground is a big open space where dust flies up during the lunch break when the boys are running around. We have a small office near the entrance where we keep all the paper files and registers, and the ink smells a bit strong on humid days. The bells are rung manually, and you can hear the sound carry across the whole compound. It is a very traditional setup where things move according to the same rhythm every year. We don't use much technology in the daily routine, relying instead on books and talk. It’s a place that feels very connected to the history of Aligarh, standing right there on the busy road with its gates wide open to the neighborhood.
