We've been here in Nagla Samal for a while now. The college sits right near the post in Kartala. Most mornings are pretty quiet until the students start showing up from around the Etah district. It’s a simple building, nothing fancy, just classrooms and some open space for the kids to run around during the breaks. We spend a lot of time keeping the place tidy because the dust around here can get thick. Usually, you’ll see the staff sitting out front near the entrance chatting before the first bell rings. It’s a local spot, and everyone knows everyone. We focus on the daily lessons and making sure the registers are filled out. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep going with the windows open. The road from Etah can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, but people manage. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Just some desks, a lot of textbooks, and the noise of the village in the background. It gets hot in the summer, so we try to keep the fans running when we can. Mostly, it's just about getting the school work done and seeing the kids head home in the afternoon. It's a steady life here. We don't do much advertising; folks just find us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. It’s a long day sometimes, but that is just how it is running a college in a village like this.
