B.B. Girls Inter College.

B.B. Girls Inter College is tucked away in Gautam Nagar, right near the Mailrose area and the bypass in Aligarh. Being so close to the bypass means it's pretty easy for people to find us, though the traffic can be a real headache in the mornings. We mainly focus on the girls from this side of town. The building itself is an older one, but it’s sturdy and has seen a lot of students come and go over the years. We don't have a lot of extra bells and whistles here. It’s just classrooms, a small office, and a bit of space for the girls to walk around during their lunch break. To be honest, it gets quite dusty because of all the construction going on around Aligarh lately, so we are always sweeping the floors. The teachers are local women for the most part, so they understand the students' lives pretty well. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that because everyone in Mailrose already knows who we are. It’s a straightforward setup. We teach the subjects required for the inter college levels and try to keep things disciplined without being too harsh. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to open the windows and keep talking. It’s just part of life here. We’re just a local school trying to do right by the families who trust us with their daughters' education in this part of Aligarh.
