Out here on Akola Road at Maujetembhurna, things stay pretty busy during the planting and harvest times. Our group, Krushisagar Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited, operates out of Gut No. 163. It's a spot we all know well. Farming around here isn't always easy, but having a collective makes the heavy lifting a bit more manageable for everyone involved. We handle our own seeds and look at how to get our produce to the markets without losing too much on the way. The road gets dusty in the summer, and the rains turn everything to mud, but that’s just how it goes in this part of the country. We aren't trying to be some big corporation. We are just local people who grow things and want to make sure our families are taken care of. You might see us sitting around talking about the latest weather reports or which fertilizers are actually working this year. It’s a practical setup. Everyone brings what they know to the table. We don't use big words or have complicated plans. We just plant, tend, and harvest. If the prices are fair, we have a good year. If not, we huddle up and figure out what to do next. That's the life of a farmer in Tembhurna. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done every day to keep the farm going.
