Jaisankatmochan Agro Producer Company Limited

Over here in Asola, we have been working the land for a long time. Jaisankatmochan Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of house number 240 in our village. Patur is the main town nearby, and Akola is our district. It is a quiet place where everyone knows everyone else. We started this because we saw that selling our stuff individually was getting us nowhere. Now we try to bring everything together. It is not always easy. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing and we have to go to the city to get things sorted. But having this setup helps us when we need to buy things in bulk for the farms. The soil in this part of Patur is okay, but it needs a lot of care. We grow what we can and hope for the best. The office is just a room where we keep the registers and have our meetings. It gets hot in the summer, so we usually meet early in the morning or late in the evening. There are no big bosses here, just us farmers trying to make a living. We talk about what worked last year and what didn't. Most of the time we just talk about the price of seeds. It is a simple life and we are just trying to keep the farms running for the next generation. We don't have any big secrets, just hard work.
